Symptoms & Cause “Coronary Artery Disease”

Coronary artery disease develops when the major blood vessels that supply your heart with blood, oxygen and nutrients (coronary arteries) become damaged or diseased. It is also known as coronary heart disease (CHD). This is due to the buildup of cholesterol  and other material, called plaque, on their inner walls. This buildup is called atherosclerosis. CAD is the most common form of heart disease and a major cause of illness and death.

Coronary artery disease starts when you are very young. Before your teen years, the blood vessel walls begin to show streaks of fat. As you get older, the fat builds up, causing slight injury to your blood vessel walls, the problem will be not noticed until a significant blockage or a heart attack.

Symptoms

As your arteries become blocked over time, you may experience:

  • Angina (Chest pain). You may feel pressure or tightness in your chest. This pain, referred to as angina, usually occurs on the middle or left side of the chest. These symptoms are mostly mistaken for heartburn or indigestion. The pain often spreads to the neck, jaw, arms, shoulders, throat, back, or even the teeth
  • Shortness of breath. Your heart can’t pump enough blood and you are getting too little oxygen to meet your body’s needs. You will develop shortness of breath or extreme fatigue with exertion.
  • Heart attack. When a blood clot develops from a plaque, completely blocking one of the coronary arteries, a heart attack commonly occurs. The classic signs and symptoms of a heart attack include crushing pressure in your chest and pain in your shoulder or arm, sometimes with shortness of breath and sweating.

Cause

  • Atherosclerosis. The most common cause of CAD is the cholesterol plaque buildup in the arteries, known as atherosclerosis.

The four primary coronary arteries are located on the surface of the heart.

  • right main coronary artery
  • left main coronary artery
  • left circumflex artery
  • left anterior descending artery.

These arteries bring oxygen and nutrient-rich blood to your heart. Reduced blood flow to your heart can cause symptoms of CAD.

Risk Factors

  • Cholesterol
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Lipid Levels
  • Diabetes
  • Smoking
  • Stroke Symptoms
  • Age
  • Family History
  • Unhealthy Eating Habits
  • Obesity

To lower a heart attack chance. it is important to control your risk factors. CAD when diagnosed, requires immediate medical help and medication for immediate relief.

Today, doctors prescribe the use of complementary medicine to cure and prevent heart diseases. Henatare an herbal natural remedy produced from selected herbs and naturally extracted “relieves crushing chest pain” and dissolves the blood clots & plaque in the coronary arteries within the first 60 days of its use. Regular use of Henatare reverses the plaque building cycle and maintains the flow of blood and “prevents the onset of disease”. Enjoy a healthy lifestyle and stay young with “Henatare”.

Atherosclerosis Prevention & Reversal Naturally

Atherosclerosis is a condition in which an artery wall thickens, which is commonly referred to as a hardening or furring of the arteries. Multiple plaques forms within the medium and large arteries when fat, cholesterol, calcium and other substances build up on the wall of the arteries and form hard structures called plaques, restricting the flow of oxygen rich blood. These plaques can also burst, triggering a blood clot.

“Atherosclerosis starts when high blood pressure, smoking, or high cholesterol damage the endothelium,” says Richard Stein, MD, national spokesperson for the American Heart Association. “At that point, cholesterol plaque formation begins.”

  • Coronary heart disease (CHD), also called coronary artery disease, occurs if plaque builds up in the coronary arteries. Plaque narrows the coronary arteries and reduces blood flow to your heart muscle. Plaque buildup also makes it more likely that blood clots will form in your arteries. Blood clots can partially or completely block blood flow to your heart muscle, causing an angina (chest pain or discomfort) or a heart attack..
  • Carotid artery disease occurs if plaque builds up in the arteries on each side of your neck (the carotid arteries). These arteries supply oxygen-rich blood to your brain. Reduced or blocked blood flow to your brain results in a stroke.
  • Peripheral arterial disease (P.A.D.) occurs if plaque builds up in the major arteries that supply oxygen-rich blood to your legs, arms, and pelvis. Reduced or blocked blood flow to these parts of your body will cause numbness, pain, and, sometimes, dangerous infections.
  • Chronic kidney disease can occur if plaque builds up in the renal arteries. These arteries supply oxygen-rich blood to your kidneys. Over time, chronic kidney disease causes a slow loss of kidney function. The main function of the kidneys is to remove waste and extra water from the body.

Atherosclerosis begins from an early age possibly beginning as early as childhood. Even people who have no symptoms of cardiovascular disease develop silent, progressive atherosclerosis as they grow older. Age alone is a major risk factor for atherosclerosis. This should come as no surprise, since aging increases inflammation, and the development of atherosclerosis.

Scientists have shown that it is now possible to help reverse the course of atherosclerosis—naturally. “A comparison of two recently published clinical trials shows that this natural supplement not only reversed signs of atherosclerosis in human blood vessel walls, but that it did so better than a leading multibillion dollar prescription statin drug. Just eight months ago, Life Extension members were enlightened to the ability of pomegranate to reverse signs of atherosclerosis. “This specialized melon extract”, together with pomegranate, offers aging humans a powerful new weapon in the battle to reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke by restoring healthy function to aging arteries.”

When I realized that atherosclerosis was the cause for 90% of my blockages. I was very determined to reverse this inflammatory disease – watch my kids grow up and live a long healthy life. Our family for the last five(5) generations have mastered remedies for varying diseases purely from natures’ produce. With the use of the natural remedy I have noticed that blood gushes through my arteries. Today, we at Heart Natural Care want you to take the decision and derive the benefits with the daily use of our natural herbal supplement “Pomesclerosis”.  Just as my family elders understood natures’ invaluable benefits, likewise today scientists have accepted that pomegranate juice offers cardiac health benefits and the amount of published research on pomegranate has increased seven-fold over all preceding years in the medical and scientific literature.¹

The Secret Herbs to Controlling High Blood Pressure

The Secret Herbs

High blood pressure (HBP) is a serious condition that can lead to coronary heart disease, heart failure, stroke, kidney failure, and other health problems.
“Blood pressure” is the force of blood pushing against the walls of the arteries as the heart pumps blood. About 1 in 3 adults in the United States has high blood pressure. The condition itself usually has no signs or symptoms. You can have it for years without knowing it. Therefore it matters knowing your blood pressure numbers, cause high blood pressure can damage your heart, blood vessels, kidneys, and other body organs and if high blood pressure exists than treatment can be undertaken.

Blood pressure is measured as systolic (sis-TOL-ik) and diastolic (di-ah-STOL-ik) pressures.

  • “Systolic” refers to blood pressure when the heart beats while pumping blood – it is the top number.
  • “Diastolic” refers to blood pressure when the heart is at rest between beats – it is the bottom number.

The table below shows the different categories for different blood pressure numbers for adults aged (18 and older). The unit millimeters of mercury (mmHg) are used to measure blood pressure.

CATEGORYSYSTOLIC
(TOP NUMBER)
DIASTOLIC
(BOTTOM NUMBER)
NORMALLess than 120AndLess than 80
PREHYPERTENSION120–139Or80–89
HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE
STAGE 1140–159Or90–99
STAGE 2160 or higherOr100 or higher

Even moderate elevation of arterial blood pressure is associated with a shortened life expectancy. Prevent high blood pressure by reducing sodium (salt) intake, most adults should have less than one teaspoon, or 1,500 milligrams, of sodium a day. Maintaining a healthy weight through dietary and lifestyle changes can improve blood pressure control and decrease the risk of associated health complications, although treatment is often necessary in people for whom lifestyle changes prove ineffective or insufficient.
